Looking for speakers / demonstrators for your camera club? Image Red are keen to promote education on all aspects of photography including getting to know and use your camera to its full potential, continuous and flash lighting techniques, composition and working with live models.

With two professional photographers and a professional model, we can come along to your camera club / photographic society with everything we need and put together a simple set complete with lighting.

Members would be encouraged to take photos and we are happy to give as little or as much guidance as is required as everyone is at different stages of learning and we are happy to answer questions on any aspect of photography. We would make sure that everyone goes away with photos of each set that they are happy with.

The aim for these nights is that they are interesting and educational but above all that they are fun and we would pick themes and lighting setups to reflect that. If you would like to find out more and book us please contact us here.

Walsall Photographic Society - 17 September 2025

We were pleased to be asked by Image Red former owner Brian to setup a demonstration at Walsall Photographic Society. 

The theme was a 1920's gambling club. Jon devised a low key two light flash system using small cans with a 10 degree grid to direct the light straight onto model Becky.

For the second set, cameras were set to monochrome to shoot society member Tony and we got some fantastic shots. There were 24 members in attendance and we had a fantastic night and were very pleased to be asked to return to the Society in a few months to do something similar.
